Replacement

We have a 7-day replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.

To start a replacement, you can contact us at nuvuestore@gmail.com or whastapp at +91 8100672695 . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 28/A bidhan nagar road, kolkata - 700067, West Bengal, India

If your return is accepted, we’ll arrange a pickup of the product and ship the replacement product after receiving the product.

Or we'll send a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellation

Prepaid orders only can be canceled before shipping or within 2-4 hours of placing the order and Cash on delivery order can be cancelled any time

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at nuvuestore@gmail.com.

Custom products will not be eligible for any kind of refund or replacement unless the product received has any manufacturing defects. The print quality of custom products will completely depend on the resolution of the image used while customizing the product. Nuvue Store cannot guarantee high definition print for custom products.
